Terms and ConditionsSetup and design costs and monthly hosting charges are payable once the design is agreed and the website is operational. By 'operational' we mean that your website is ready for you to input your content and we have provided the login details and any necessary training. Monthly charges apply whether or not the website is published to your own domain. For example, monthly charges will still apply if you choose not to publish your website to your live domain whilst you are inputting content. The contract period is one month. We require one month's notice by email, fax or letter to terminate the contract. Your domain name belongs to you. Provided your acount has been settled in accordance with the notice period above, you may move your domain name to another host without incurring any charges from us. Your domain(s) will not be transferred to another host until any outstanding balance on your account has been cleared. Once you have paid for the graphic design, copyright passes to you and the website design is yours. Copyright for programme code remains with 123Live. We reserve the right to charge an interim amount if approval of the design is delayed by the customer for more than two weeks. Monthly charges are payable in advance by direct debit at the beginning of each month. We reserve the right to limit or remove website hosting and email services if due payments are not forthcoming after payment has been requested. Our liability is limited to an amount no greater than the monthly charge for the 123Live service. If we deem the content of your website to be offensive, illegal, defamatory or breaches copyright we reserve the right to remove the content from our servers, but only as a last resort after consulting with the owner of the website. 123Live will not be held responsible in any way for the content of customer's websites or the content of customer's emails. Abuse of email services for the purpose of sending bulk, unsolicited emails (spam) may result in the termination of services. Email services are provided for the sending and receiving of regular business and personal emails. This includes the sending of emails to people that have made a request directly to the customer to receive automated emails. It does not include the sending of bulk emails to bought in lists of email addresses. This provision is to protect our reputation and that ouf our customers and to avoid our mailservers being regarded as the source of unsolicited bulk emails (spam). Optimising of client's websites for search engine ranking is not included within the work we undertake unless specifically stated as being included. Advice and assistance regarding search engine optimisation is charged by the hour unless we have specifically stated otherwise. As a courtesy, we normally include a link to clients' websites on this website in return for a link back from the client's website. This does not constitute search engine optimisation.
