Email overview

Email is now a critical part of most organisations. As you would expect, 123Live provides a reliable and robust email system with excellent support. But we take email one stage further by putting you in control.

Log in to 123Live and you can add or delete email addresses yourself, and set up useful functions such as autoreplies or redirects. As with our content management system, all this is presented in a clear easy-to-understand format. If you need advice, we're here to help.

Anti-spam/anti-virus

• Our industry leading MailFoundry anti-spam/virus appliance affords excellent protection from spam and virus laden emails with false positive rates of around 1:1,000,000.
• 'Hands off' solution. There is no setup involved on your part, the system simply stops the vast majority of spam and viruses reaching your inbox.
• For business customers this solution will probably pay for itself in increased productivity in the first day and is therefore highly recommended.
• This is only available if using 123live's email service. It is not available as a separate service for use with Exchange Server or other mail servers.

Note: No anti-spam system can ever be 100% effective as spammers are constantly changing tactics, so you may still receive occasional spam emails. However, you will find that your flood of spam turns into a trickle.
